Privacy Policy of the App InstaPatent

This Privacy Policy aims to determine the terms and conditions with respect to the use of the information and data of the Users. Privacy Policy is an annex to, and an integral part of the Terms of Use and capitalized expressions herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use.

This privacy policy governs the use of an application InstaPatent (“Application”) on a mobile device and the web site (InstaPatent.net) that was created by ARDIC.

Permissions can be managed through your Settings menu on both Android and iOS devices.

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application.

Your account information. You must provide your mobile phone number and basic information (including a profile name of your choice) to create a InstaPatent account. If you don’t provide these basics, you cannot create an account to use InstaPatent. You can also choose to add other information such as a profile picture and an “about” information.

Customer Support and Other Communications. When you contact us for customer support or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, any other information you deem helpful, and how to contact you (e.g., an email address). For example, you may send us an email with information relating to app performance or other issues.

Automatically Collected Information – In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system.

Usage and Log Information. Application may collect information about your activity and performance information. This includes information about your activity (including how you use our services, your services settings, log files, and diagnostic, crash, and performance logs and reports).

Third-Party Service Providers. We intend to work with third-party service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. For example, we work with them to distribute our apps; provide our technical and physical infrastructure, delivery, and other systems; provide engineering support, cybersecurity support, and operational support; supply location, map, and places information; process payments; help us understand how people use our services; market our services; help you connect with businesses using our services; conduct surveys and research for us; ensure safety, security and integrity; and help with customer service. These companies may provide us with information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may provide us with reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues.

Third-Party Services. We allow you to use our services in connection with third-party services. If you use our services with such third-party services, we may receive information about you from them; for example, if you use the InstaPatent share button on a news serviceto share a news article with your InstaPatent contacts, groups, or broadcast lists on our services, or if you choose to access our services through a mobile carrier’s or device provider’s promotion of our services.

ARDIC Share of Information

ARDIC shall not disclose the data submitted electronically by the Users via the Application or Website obtained by ARDIC during the use of the Application, to third parties, excepting its employees, subcontractors and affiliates who are required to know the information for the purposes and scope stated in Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

Such data may be used, other than the conditions stated in the Terms of Use, for the purposes of contacting with the User or enhancing User experience in the Application and Website (upgrading available services, creating new services, and providing customized services, etc.) as well as for the purposes of carrying out statistical evaluations, building databases and market research, without disclosing the User’s identity. Said data may be processed, retained, and transferred to third parties with the aim of direct marketing by ARDIC and its partners, as well as for sending notifications to the e-mail address registered in the Application or other contact information provided by the User, in relation to the promotion of ARDIC products and services.

ARDIC may also disclose the information concerning the User to third parties if:

● Such disclosure is obligatory to fulfill any obligations under the Terms of Use.

● A competent administrative or judicial authority requires information regarding the Users for the execution of a research or investigation in accordance with the applicable legislation.

● Providing information is necessary for the protection of Users’ rights or security.

ARDIC shall be entitled to transfer the data, for the abovementioned purposes, to the servers (such servers may belong to ARDIC, its affiliations or subcontractors) anywhere in the world, rather than the User’s country of residence.

ARDIC may revise the provisions of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. Revised provisions of the Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the Website.

Assignment, Change of Control, and Transfer

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or some of our assets, we will share your information with the successor entities or new owners in connection with the transaction in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Managing and Retaining Your Information

We store information for as long as necessary for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our Services or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, enforcing, and preventing violations of our Terms, or protecting or defending our rights, property and users.The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends on factors like the nature of the information, why it is collected and processed, relevant legal or operational retention needs, and legal obligations.

Deleting User Account

The User may delete the InstaPatent account anytime only by clicking “delete my account” under “Profile → About.”

As soon as the user deletes the account the user/account information (Phone number, Account name, email address) will permanently be deleted from ARDIC’s servers and services. However, the patents (PDFs and images, etc.) the user created during the usage of the application will be transferred to ARDIC property anonymously as because once an NFT is created it technically can not be deleted.

Changing the USER Mobile Phone Number: If the User change mobile phone number, THE User shall notify by sending an e-mail to contact address of the App.
